Our career development programme begins from the very first day of employment with Poupart Limited, in the form of a thorough induction with your new team and division, as well as at a company-wide level in the hands of our experienced HR Team. As your employment progresses, we provide a spectrum of learning opportunities, including regular team briefings and meetings; an 'open-door' policy to the HR Team; and annual appraisals with a six-monthly review.

Annual appraisals form the cornerstone of our learning and development programme. At these meetings, individual goals and objectives are agreed with each employee to enhance their skills, ability and knowledge. The whole range of learning opportunities within our organisation are encouraged, e.g. on-the-job training, off-the-job training, formal and informal coaching, multimedia, open and self-paced learning.
