Business Improvement Team

The Poupart Business Improvement Team is a group-wide function that undertakes projects for and provides corporate services to the Poupart companies, our customers and suppliers. We are focused on four specific areas:

• Market Intelligence - MI reporting and analysis, competitor shops, business planning and account manager support.


• Supply Chain - strategy / efficiency projects and supplier renegotiation / management focused on transportation and packing


• Packaging - management of packaging services including supplier management, innovation, inventory / ordering and grower support


• Finance / Strategy - projects focused on resolving finance, strategy, organisation and integration improvements
